PRICES:

All prices quoted to you in writing are valid for 7 days. Please note that should the nature of the maintenance change after the quote is generated or during the visits to your property, a new quote will be required.

 

Prices are subject to change and to annual reviews; you will be notified of any price changes via email. Our weekly payment plan prices will be adjusted for varying reasons such as site access, difficult terrain to mow or gardens to manage and surplus green waste generated at visits. Prices displayed on our website are a guide only.

 

PAYMENT:

For customers on a fortnightly lawn & garden maintenance package/plan, payment is made weekly by automatic payment of the agreed amount and starts on the date of your first planned visit. Our weekly payment plans are an average cost of performing a minimum of x20 fortnightly visits per your yearly call cycle, with the ideal visit ratio being once per fortnight. Please refer to our minimum visit guarantee below.

 

For one-off or casual visits, payment(s) can be made by way of internet banking, cash, and credit or debit card via your Xero invoice. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued to you.

 

Late payments may result in a $15.00 late payment fee per 7-days that they the invoice remains unpaid and will result in a delay of any scheduled upcoming visits, until the account is brought up to date.

 

Any expenses or costs incurred by Green Moa Ltd in recovering any outstanding amounts, including debt collection agency fees or commissions and all legal costs will be payable by you.

 

ACCESS:

The customer will grant Green Moa access to the property during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and any additional mutually agreed times.

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the lawn is clear of obstacle’s EG: Toys, garden furniture, debris such as excessive leaves, stones, sticks ETC, parked vehicles such as caravans, cars, trucks ETC, animals and animal waste, unless mutually agreed in writing prior to first visit.

 

For customers on a fortnightly lawn & garden maintenance package/plan, gardening time may be reallocated to time spent moving/removing such obstacles or result in Green Moa cancelling the planned visit without a refund.

 

For one-off or casual visit customers, additional time may be billed to the final invoice or could result in Green Moa charging a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $15.00.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Changes to your service or frequency can easily be arranged between yourself and Green Moa. 

 

For customers on a fortnightly lawn & garden maintenance package/plan you can postpone a scheduled fortnightly visit at any time via email or text message. However the postponed visit will still be counted as a visit and be included in your annual fortnightly visit total. This is because, although a visit has not been completed the grass and gardens continue to grow resulting in additional work at the next visit.

 

For one-off or casual visits, Green Moa requires no less than 48 hours’ notice of any change to the visit day or cancellation of the scheduled visit. Please ensure Green Moa is notified of your change or cancellation request in writing using email or text message. Failure to give 48 hours’ notice could result in Green Moa charging the full price for your visit or a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $15.00.

 

For cancellation of your Green Moa fortnightly lawn & garden maintenance package/plan, 14 days written notice is required by way of email with any weekly automatic payments due within the notice period being billed in a final invoice. Should you cancel you garden/lawn payment plan within the first 2-weeks of beginning with Green Moa you will be charged the full cost of the visit and 2-weeks notice. Green Moa will confirm the final balance owed to you once email cancellation has been received.

 

DELAYS TO THE SERVICE DAY:

Due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, adverse weather, equipment failure or ill health, we may be required to advance your visit by a maximum of 48hours or delay the scheduled visit to your property until we are able to next visit.

 

The day the visit is completed on will form the new fortnightly visit schedule for your property.

 

Green Moa will make every effort to communicate to you any advanced or delayed service by way of email or text message. We appreciate your understanding.

 

DAMAGE:

Green Moa is fully insured. In the rare event of damage to your property, please report the matter to us by phone or email within 24 hours of our visit, with full particulars of damage provided by email within 7 days. Complaints raised after 24hours of the last visit will be assessed on an as-come basis and Green Moa may not be liable for any damage claims raised.

 

Repairs/remedial work will be limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged item(s) as required. Green Moa may bring in third party contractors to assess the damage and rectify the problem. The customer will continue to provide access to the property as agreed under the ACCESS section of the terms and conditions.

 

OUR 24-HOUR GUARANTEE: 

If you are not completely satisfied with the service you are provided, simply inform Green Moa within 24 hours and we will happily bring the area you are dissatisfied with up to standard.

 

Due to the personal and subjective nature of maintenance, we do not offer refunds.  However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Green Moa and will promptly address any concern you may have.

 

MINIMUM VISIT GUARANTEE:

For those customers who have selected a weekly payment plan for fortnightly lawn and garden visits and pay by scheduled weekly automatic payments, Green Moa guarantees a minimum of 20 fortnightly visits per year with a maximum of 26 visits. The year starts from the date of your first planned visit by Green Moa. The package/plans are paid for by weekly automatic payments of equal dollar amounts and is for a minimum of 20 visits per annum with an ideal visit ratio of once per fortnight.

 

Please ensure you have read and understood the CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS section of the terms and conditions as any changed/cancelled visits by the customer may be counted towards the minimum visit guarantee.
